1952 Pontiac Catalina
Catalina was top-of-the-line for 1952 Pontiacs. This show quality restoration looks
best in the flesh. New sheet metal was welded in place on the quarters, rockers and trunk
floor.
Much of the chrome was deteriorated beyond use and replacement chrome was located. Many
of the parts were difficult to locate because they are "Pontiac", not like its
cousin the Chevrolet where most all parts are available. This is possibly the best 1952
Pontiac Catalina 2-Door Hardtop in the country.
Painted the original Sea Mist Green a lower body and Belfast Green on the roof. The
leather interior was custom dyed to match the original color. Power is supplied by the
Standard L-head, eight cylinder engine and hydro-Matic transmission. No wonder this car
has won AACA 1st Junior and Senior awards, AACA grand national Junior and Senior, 1st
place and 1st in its class at Pontiac National Meet.
