1964 Falcon

1964 Falcon:

This pretty little 1964 Falcon was purchased in 1994 from the son of the original owner. The elderly lady that owned the car only drove this Falcon a little over 50,000 miles since purchasing it new. Spending all its years in or around Arlington, Texas the overall condition was excellent with the exception of a parking lot mishap and the 30 plus years of sun taking its toll on the front seat upholstery.

In early 1998 the Falcon was brought from Texas to the Antique Auto Shop in Elsmere, Kentucky for a face lift. To assure quality body and paint work, the Antique Auto Shop follows a few specific procedures.

The car is fully disassembled, removing all bright parts, lights, glass and upholstery. The entire body is stripped to bare metal to start with a good foundation. All body work is completed, primed and painted. The paint is wet sanded and buffed to a high luster. All chrome and stainless is refinished.

The rubber weather seals are all replaced with new. Deteriorated upholstery is replaced with original fabric IF available. We did locate the original red fabric for this 1964 Falcon.

Scratched or broken glass is replaced with new glass. The reassembly is completed, using the original fasteners. Our quality will provide you with numerous years of enjoyment.
